The Thought Foundation Ltd Uk (TTF) is a non-for-Profit Organisation based in Greenwich. The Foundation believes age is a number and not a barrier; learning should continue.
Its main aim is to enlighten the adults, seniors and elderly to be independent, confident, and productive members of their community. We desire to bridge the isolation gap, enhance social communication and create more opportunities for the adults including the elderly.
We, the directors, personally source for information to match the unique learning style of each participant. The seniors are followed up and encouraged to learn continually. We incorporate basic internet skills, online safety, social media and shopping skills to build the confidence of the elderly.

Currently, we are actively engaging in zoom sessions, face to face and a home visit, upskilling and empowerment. We are primarily heard of through Words of mouth, advertising through a next-door neighbour, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat.
The Thought Foundation directors are willing to carry out an awareness session for other organisations on how adults would manage their mental wellbeing. Book a session to support our Foundation.
